The P-55-R-G is a commercial pasta machine designed for continuous high-volume production and ravioli processing. It features dual mixing and pressing troughs that handle up to 14 kg (31 lb) of flour per batch, producing approx. 154 lb/h of pasta. The machine includes a water-cooled extrusion channel for consistent dough quality, essential for egg pasta.
The integrated cutting unit allows adjustable pasta lengths, including penne. Flat dough can be automatically rolled onto plastic dough rollers, then processed by the ravioli group to produce various ravioli shapes and sizes. Fans dry pasta to prevent sticking, and a touchscreen control panel manages fan speed, mixing, extrusion, and cutter settings, plus optional cooling water temperature.
