P-20-T-G Pasta Extruder

Professional Pasta Production Made Easy

The P-20-T-G is a professional pasta machine for commercial kitchens and system gastronomy. Its stainless-steel, hygienic design ensures quick cleaning, while a touchscreen control allows easy adjustment of fan speed, mixing, extrusion, and cutter parameters.

The inverter-driven industrial motor mixes up to 17.6 lb (8 kg) of flour per cycle, producing approx. 44 lb/hour (mix + extrusion) or 64 lb/hour (extrusion only). The water-cooled extrusion channel maintains consistent dough temperature, essential for egg pasta.

The automatic cutting unit supports penne production and swivels for easy die changes. Optional flat-dough rewinder and compatibility with the RS-120-G ravioli machine enable further processing. Dual fans prevent pasta from sticking, with adjustable speeds via the touchscreen.
