The inverter-driven industrial motor mixes up to 17.6 lb (8 kg) of flour per cycle, producing approx. 44 lb/hour (mix + extrusion) or 64 lb/hour (extrusion only). The water-cooled extrusion channel maintains consistent dough temperature, essential for egg pasta.
The automatic cutting unit supports penne production and swivels for easy die changes. Optional flat-dough rewinder and compatibility with the RS-120-G ravioli machine enable further processing. Dual fans prevent pasta from sticking, with adjustable speeds via the touchscreen.
