P-05-G Pasta Extruder

Compact Power for Fresh Pasta Production

The P-05-G is our smallest pasta extruder with the water-cooled channel. This machine is perfect for home cooks, a smaller restaurant menu, or a fresh pasta chef special menu only.  It is made entirely of stainless steel, features a simple/sanitary design, and produces up to 5 kg of pasta per hour.  The mixing hopper handles up to 2 kg of flour or semolina per batch.  Includes an automatic cutter which is used for cutting short pasta shapes. There are 200 die options available which allows you to create nearly any pasta shape, including flat dough for lasagna or ravioli.

The water-cooled channel with a water-cooling option allows this machine to be used continuously.  It is also needed once you start to add egg to your recipe.
