The P-30-T-G is a commercial pasta machine based on the P-20-T-G, with a larger extrusion channel and stronger components for higher output. It mixes 17.6 lb (8 kg) of flour per cycle, producing approx. 53 lb/hour (mix + extrusion) or 88 lb/hour (extrusion only). The water-cooled extrusion channel ensures consistent dough, ideal for egg pasta.
The automatic cutting unit swivels for die changes and penne production. An optional flat-dough rewinder enables further processing into ravioli with the RS-120-G machine. Dual adjustable fans prevent sticking, controlled via a touchscreen that manages fan, mixing, extruder, and cutter speeds, plus optional cooling water temperature.
